Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent oral communication and client-focused service.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
