Restaurant Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at B.C. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Hospitality or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in managing a dining establishment.

  • Work Setting
  • Urban area with easy access to public transportation.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Team Supervision
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure they are working effectively together.
  • Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and overtime requirements.
  • Be able to work a combination of sitting, standing and walking throughout the day.
  • Requirements
  • Accurate and organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Client-focused and able to work well under pressure.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Able to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
