We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team at PR-TY Architects Inc. in an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our projects.

About the Role:

This senior role involves leading architectural design teams and overseeing complex projects from conceptualization to completion. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality designs that meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Develop and implement architectural designs that meet client needs and industry standards
  • Lead and manage design teams to ensure timely project delivery
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project activities and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software, including Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and MS Project
