About This Role

This position is responsible for leading in the establishment and administration of Human Resources personnel policies and practices reflecting the spirit of the Magna Employee's Charter and supporting internal and external customers' requirements in a prompt, courteous and timely manner.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate functional training & development initiatives. Oversee and coordinate the daily performance of the worksite to ensure high compliance with Co-Ex-Tec's policies and procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for legal, health and safety, personal and production related issues. Act as the primary trainer for the off shift, facilitating all needed training as required.
  • Disability and Labour management including return to work coordination. Provide support and partner with Management on issues related to Employee Relations, Performance Management and Employee Development.
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in business or related field and/or Human Resources certification, preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Human Resources field within a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work primarily on night / afternoon shifts.
