Manual Machinist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Manual Machinist, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling structural components using manual lathe and milling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate and assemble structural components using manual lathe and milling techniques
  • Work with hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure accurate and precise results
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements
  • Program and operate manual lathe and milling machines using Mastercam software
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines
Requirements:
  • Experience with manual lathe and milling techniques
  • Knowledge of blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to work with hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Proficiency in Mastercam software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
