CNC Machinist

**Responsibilities**:
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations

Set up and adjust CNC machines (mills), to perform precise machining operations

Program CNC machines using G-Code and CAM software (such as Mastercam or similar)

Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced to specifications and quality standards

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, making any necessary adjustments

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist

Proficiency in operating CNC machines

Strong understanding of machining principles and techniques

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Experience with G-Code and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam) for programming CNC machines

Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude

Good communication and teamwork skills

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in machining or related field preferred
