Job Title: Manager, Portfolio Management and Operations

We're seeking a highly skilled Manager, Portfolio Management and Operations to join our team. As a key member of our investment management team, you'll be responsible for portfolio reporting and data management to support our asset management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement reporting models and dashboards to facilitate consistent portfolio reporting and meet investment team requirements.
  • Design and analyze quality portfolio management and asset management reports, including performance, deployment, commitment, and forecasting.
  • Lead the evolution of the iLevel platform and monitor industry best practices.
  • Oversee data collection process and ensure timely update of data metrics, collaborating with the investment team to identify and define relevant data metrics.
  • Implement controls, documentation, and develop tools related to sound data management.
  • Support corporate initiatives with regards to data acquisition and integration in other PSP systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Highly proficient in Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Query.
  • Knowledge of iLevel and efront, an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of any programming language (SQL, Python, etc.), an asset.
  • Previous experience in finance and investments.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy.
  • Highly organized and multitasking skills.
  • Good communications skills in English and French (or willingness to learn).
