PSP Investments is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management and Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Natural Resources asset class, you will be responsible for portfolio reporting and data management to support our asset management team.

About the Role

As a Portfolio Management and Operations Leader, you will:

  • Reporting
  • Develop and implement improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and productivity of reporting by leveraging various IT applications (iLevel, efront, GPS, GPF, Data Warehouse)
  • Create reporting models and dashboards to facilitate consistent portfolio reporting and meet investment team requirements
  • Design and analyze quality portfolio management and asset management reports (performance, deployment, commitment, forecasting)
  • Assist in data validation and migration for system implementations
  • Compile investment data for ad hoc requests from the Investment team and Business Groups

Data Management

  • Lead the evolution of the iLevel platform and monitor industry best practices
  • Oversee data collection process (internal and external) and ensure timely update of data metrics as well as collaborate with investment team to identify and define relevant data metrics
  • Ensure quality and completeness of portfolio and investment level data
  • Implement controls, documentation, and develop tools related to sound data management
  • Support Corporate initiatives with regards to data acquisition (such as ESG) and integration in other PSP systems
  • Coordinate collaboration with IT teams to facilitate results and efficiency gains
