About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Associate to join our team at TD Bank. As an Estate Planning Associate, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Estate Planning Advisors, ensuring the timely and efficient handling of new business and in-force administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Estate Planning Advisors, including processing new business, following up on in-force and pending cases, and maintaining application quality assurance.
- Verify, witness, and settle new insurance policies, as well as provide policy change (replacement) servicing.
- Deliver ongoing insurance sales support to all advisors within the region, keeping the TDWISI Sales Channels informed and up-to-date about the status/progress of projects and/or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities.
- Manage the client experience through direct client engagement or support of Relationship Managers' client engagement.
- Initial stage of risk mitigation oversight for TDWISI to ensure compliant business practices.
Requirements:
- University degree
- 3+ years of service experience in the Life Insurance industry in an administrative or Sales supporting role
- Level 2 Life License or LLQP (or attained within the first 12 months of start date)
- ACS, AALU, CFP, CLU, TEP, CHS or willingness to work towards any of these designations
