Proficiency in underwriting best practices, analytical skills, and attention to detail are necessary. Additionally, you'll need to understand Residential Mortgages underwriting processes and requirements, as well as mortgage-related regulatory requirements (OSFII B20, AML/ATF), and mortgage insurer requirements (CMHC, Genworth).
