About the Role:

As a Vehicle Detailing Specialist, you will be the face of our company, and your attention to detail will make all the difference in providing an exceptional experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Vehicle Inspection and Preparation: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality. This includes checking for any damage, stains, or other issues that need to be addressed.
  • Interior and Exterior Cleaning: Clean and sanitize the interior and exterior of vehicles, including the dashboard, seats, carpets, and exterior surfaces, to name a few.
  • Tire and Fluid Maintenance: Check tire pressure, condition, and tread depth, as well as inspect and maintain fluid levels, such as oil, coolant, and brake fluid.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assist customers with their vehicles, including fueling and staging, and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this position.
  • Valid Driver's License: You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • Ability to Lift 25 Pounds: You must be able to lift 25 pounds to assist customers and perform other tasks as required.
  • Reliable Attendance and Punctuality: You must be able to maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality, with minimal absences or tardiness.
