Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at North Okanagan Pumping Service. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining our fleet of trucks to transport goods and materials across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
Requirements
  • Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles)
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
