Store Operations Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store activities, meeting sales goals, and developing a strong team.
Main Responsibilities- Develop sales by executing freight on to the sales floor, maintaining zone-a-grams, ISM, and seasonal counters, complying with merchandising concepts, safely storing overstock, and communicating out-of-stock positions to the Store Manager.
- Develop people by understanding and enforcing company policies, fostering team spirit, performance management, effective staff scheduling, new hire onboarding, and positive communication with all team members.
- Deliver quality customer service by executing customer service initiatives, embodying values with PRIDE, ensuring customer service standards, and supporting community events.
- Exposure to commercial or retail industry.
- Strong customer service and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally – verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, show initiative, proactive, and can work with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and possess strong follow-through skills.
The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
