We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Produce Clerk to join our team at Your Independent Grocer.
About the Role
As a Produce Clerk, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that our produce displays are visually appealing and well-stocked, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock and maintain produce displays to ensure a high level of visual appeal and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the produce department and surrounding areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and move frequently throughout the store
