Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice-President of Operations and Resource Management to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's strategic direction and ensuring the effective management of our resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, promoting seamless communication and cooperation across teams.
  • Policies and Programs: Establish objectives for the organization, formulate, or approve policies and programs that align with our mission and vision, driving business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to foster their growth and development.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and excellent judgement skills. The ideal candidate will be an organized team player with initiative, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
