Job Title: Construction Worker

ZMK Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to work on our construction sites. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, instructing apprentices, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Instruct apprentices in construction techniques and safety protocols
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Perform routine maintenance work on construction equipment and sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physically demanding, requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads
Requirements:
  • Will train
