About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Tdj Construction. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials
  • Erect and Dismantle Concrete Forms, Scaffolding, Ramps, Catwalks, Shoring, and Barricades
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials
  • Perform Routine Maintenance Work
  • Remove Rubble and Other Debris at Construction Sites
  • Tend or Feed Machines or Equipment Used in Construction
  • Prepare, Measure, and Mark Surfaces to be Covered
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions, and in hot temperatures.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Willing to train
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability, Team player, Hardworking
