Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency.

Task Organization and Coordination

Organize tasks to accomplish work objectives and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.

Operational Logistics Management

Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing operational logistics.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and submit reports to management and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolve work problems and provide technical advice.

Performance Management and Development

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Inventory Management and Requisitioning

Organize and maintain inventory, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma required.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Language

English language proficiency required.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
