Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing budgeted hours for assigned locations to maintain company and customer quality standards.
  • Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to cleaning personnel, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure performance meets expected levels and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Train and implement Health & Safety procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate time-keeping records for cleaning personnel and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Oversee inventory control and the daily Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure optimal facility operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in cleaning and supervisory roles, preferably in a large facility setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, execute tasks with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • A clear criminal background check is required for this role, and employees must be located in Canada.
  • Reliability Clearance is also required for this position.
