Accounting Specialist

At Headquarters Restaurant & Bar, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Key responsibilities include calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, and preparing tax returns. Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheet software. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll

  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment

  • 35 hours per week
