About the Role

The Third Key Holder is a vital member of our retail team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store. This role requires a strong focus on visual merchandising, marketing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with visual merchandising and marketing directives to create an engaging store environment.
  • Collaborate with management to maintain efficient store and stockroom operations.
  • In the absence of team leaders, oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, restocking, and merchandising.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a friendly environment and being knowledgeable about products.
  • Process purchases at the register and adhere to all company policies.
  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring company standards are followed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
  • High school diploma an asset.
  • Excellent selling and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and priority-setting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and take ownership.
  • Ability to lead a team in a positive and inclusive manner.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and climb a ladder.
  • Move, lift, and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store (weighing up to 30 pounds).
Availability

Days, evenings, and weekends.
