Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at MAC Guildford. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, modeling behaviors that inspire the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Use your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Assist with cash handling and reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics or beauty environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide inspirational and personalized service.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a track record of coaching and mentoring others.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
