Job Details

Northwestel is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our core communications products and services to existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a retail storefront setting.
  • Take ownership of continually learning and understanding our products, services, and promotional offerings to effectively present solutions to customers.
  • Actively participate in training and coaching initiatives to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Process sales and service orders in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Perform other clerical support or customer service duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High-school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of one-year experience in a customer service computerized environment
  • Minimum one-year consultative sales experience in a retail environment
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Possess excellent English written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively individually and as a member of a team with a broad range of duties
