Data Analyst Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Downstream Refining Performance Reporting Team. As a student data analyst, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals and contribute to important projects while receiving mentorship, knowledge, and experience to develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise and support by taking responsibility for the team's central database system, critical reports, and other assets.
- Develop, update, and improve Power BI and Power BI Paginated reports.
- Assist with SQL queries and Excel PivotTables.
- Maintain and update technical and user training documentation.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term.
- Available to begin work in May 2025.
- Enrolled in a Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Information Technology program at an accredited post-secondary institution.
- Skilled in creating and managing databases.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and DAX.
- Experience working within the Databricks platform.
- Functional knowledge of Power BI and Power Platform suite.
