Cleaning Service Representative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Bravo Cleaning Service as a Cleaning Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various facilities.
Responsibilities- Facility Maintenance: Ensure that all areas are clean and free of debris, including floors, walls, and ceilings.
- Equipment Operation: Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers, to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to the appropriate personnel.
- Trash and Recycling: Empty trash containers and ensure that recycling is properly sorted and disposed of.
- Special Tasks: Perform special tasks as assigned, such as cleaning elevators and washing windows.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willing to train.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
