Financial Operations Manager

Trusted Accounting & Tax Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Monitor financial control systems to prevent errors and discrepancies
- Manage contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
- Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
- Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records to ensure transparency and accountability
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial operations role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting
