About the Opportunity

Job Summary

  • Support the Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) team with document production, enabling IDD for project execution through Excel and other integration platforms.
  • Assist the team with CAD production and 3D modeling activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop algorithmic processes and scripting skills, utilizing tools like Dynamo, Python, LISP, and VBA.
  • Contribute to 3D model coordination and clash detection, identifying constructability issues with the project team and subcontractors.
  • Manage systems setup and management, assembling systems and BIM 360.
  • Perform design coordination, reporting on information modeling quality, and assisting in identifying constructability issues.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience.
  • Post-graduate diploma in BIM Management.
  • Proficient with 3D modeling architectural, structural, and civil utility elements.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and understand standards.
  • Working knowledge of software: Civil 3D, Assemble, Navisworks, Synchro Pro, and Fuzor.
  • Knowledge of using CDE Environments ACC, BIM 360.
  • Experience or knowledge with 4D simulations.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and commitment to achieving goals within tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative and efficient communication skills with a positive attitude.
