Job Summary

Spencer's & Spirit Halloween is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience, ensuring a positive and memorable interaction with our brand.
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Staff Development: Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute visual merchandising displays, manage inventory levels, and maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Loss Prevention: Work closely with the Store Manager to identify and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Prior retail and/or management experience required
