Business Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at COREPRO LANDSCAPING. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training new employees, and maintaining accurate records of sales volumes and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, ensuring they meet their targets and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: At least 7 months of experience in a sales or management role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this position is approximately $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and your level of experience.
