About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Canada Workday ULC. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in the continued success of our products and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with product managers, designers, architects, and engineers to build ML/AI capabilities within the Prism platform.
- Lead the end-to-end ML/AI workflow from data prep, model training, ML Ops, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build rich end-to-end experiences.
- Develop and maintain clean architecture for ML systems.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of ML engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or equivalent role.
- 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining ML systems with clean architecture.
We are open to fill this role at a Senior or Principal Engineer level.
