Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Weir Motion Metrics. As a key member of our AI team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing proprietary machine learning algorithms based on runtime system requirements and constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms for various applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals.
  • Take ownership of AI project development, including improvement roadmap and monitoring strategy.
  • Demonstrate commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Python development and version control.
  • Solid understanding of statistical learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and transfer learning.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
