This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, paid in 26 bi-weekly installments. Additional benefits include dental plan, vision care benefits, and paid time off for volunteering or personal days.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of software development processes and methodologies
  • Leadership of software development teams, including engineers, developers, and QA specialists
  • Collaboration with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Development of technical roadmaps and strategic plans for software development initiatives
  • Mentorship and guidance of junior team members
  • Identification and mitigation of project risks and issues

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development leadership roles
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
