Job Overview

Flyingstar Courier Inc is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Courier Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, as well as operating and driving automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up Items: Safely transport packages and messages across the city, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Operate Company Vehicles: Drive company-owned automobiles, vans and light trucks to ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the level of service provided.
Requirements
  • Licence: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 1 month of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment
  • Work Setting: Work in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors, and may involve working in various weather conditions.
  • Physical Demands: The job requires regular lifting of heavy loads (up to 9 kg or 20 lbs) and physical stamina to handle the demands of the role.
Compensation

We offer an estimated annual salary of $40,000 to $50,000, based on your skills and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
