Innomation Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Technician to join our team. As an Industrial Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for installing, calibrating, and maintaining industrial instrumentation and related devices. You will also be responsible for installing electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components. Additionally, you will be required to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other related devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices
  • Install electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components
  • Maintain industrial instrumentation and related devices
  • Replace or repair electrical components
  • Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance
  • Instruct apprentices
  • Maintain, repair, test, and install electrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial storage batteries, and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems
  • Maintain inventory of stored material
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other related devices
  • Interpret electrical code specifications
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine the layout of industrial electrical equipment installations

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own vehicle
  • Travel expenses paid by employer
