Salary:


The hourly wage for this position is competitive, ranging from $28 to $39 per hour, with the opportunity for quarterly bonuses. This is a part-time/full-time position, offering a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and orthodontic coverage for employees and their families.



Job Description:


We are seeking a talented Certified Dental Assistant to join our team in Comox and Campbell River. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for bringing patients in for their visit in an enthusiastic way, building a personal connection at every visit. You will also ensure that patients receive optimal hygiene treatment based on clinical findings and their goal for comprehensive oral health.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Dental Assistant experience
  • Successfully completed CDA (Completion of NDAEB Exam)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, an ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in an orthodontic office is preferred but not required
  • Orthodontic Module is considered an asset, but not required
