Job Summary

As a skilled Warehouse Equipment Technician at Batule Forklift Services Ltd., you will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance and servicing on industrial trucks and forklifts. Your expertise will help ensure these vital pieces of equipment operate safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.



Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain and service industrial trucks and forklifts, adhering to strict safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
  • Perform thorough inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
  • Advise customers on work performed and provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance and optimization
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical challenges and improve overall efficiency


Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, automotive technology) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy machinery repair and maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as forklift operator manuals and diagnostic equipment
