Key Responsibilities- Participate in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including income tax returns and tax credits;
- Assist in the accounting for income taxes and provide information to tax authorities as part of their domestic and international tax audits;
- Prepare and analyze financial data, including budgeting and forecasting;
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decisions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements;
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance;
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field;
- CPA designation or in the process of obtaining one;
- 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel;
- Proficiency in software programs such as SAP, OneStream, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft PowerApps;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Bilingual (French and English) both written and oral;
