About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare financial statements, management reports, balance sheets, and inventory reconciliations.
  2. Perform variance analysis on actuals vs. budget/forecast and provide value-added insights to senior leaders and other key stakeholders.
  3. Provide insights on top-line performance, Trade Spend, SG&A expense, and other key metrics.
  4. Prepare budgets, forecasts, support annual external audits, and other ad-hoc requirements.
  5. Ensure timely preparation & filing of Canada tax returns, including Income tax, VAT, CFC, BEPS filings, and other taxes.
  6. Provide analytical support for Global Portfolio Managers and Commercial Regional Managers.
  7. Maintain an effective internal control framework and monitor the financial health of the entity(s).
Requirements

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (commodity industry preferred) is required for this role. CPA Designation / Accreditation is a requirement for this position.

Salary Range

$90,000 - $100,000/year
