Job Title: General Manager - Membership Organization

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our membership organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, including managing staff, developing and implementing policies and programs, and representing the organization in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff and delegate authority
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns
  • Administer programs of membership organizations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
