**Job Summary:**

Sheridan Nurseries is seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our Distribution team as a General Labourer. This is a seasonal, full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Meet daily targets for quality and productivity in shipping, receiving, order assembly, and plant labelling
  • Participate in logistics and supply chain support activities, including shipping, receiving, and order assembly
  • Promote a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Be flexible and able to join other work crews as priorities require

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to the nursery
  • No education or experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
