About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Nail Style Peace River. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of our salon, including nail services, customer service, and salon maintenance.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and develop a team of skilled nail technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality services.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
