About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Nail Style Peace River. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our salon, including nail care, customer service, and salon maintenance.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and develop our team of nail technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any work-related problems that may arise and provide technical advice and guidance to our team members as needed.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Analyze and improve our processes to increase productivity and efficiency, and recommend measures to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction with our services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
