About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Director to join our team at White Elephant Holdings BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategies and policies of the organization, as well as managing the budget and financial planning processes to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, models, and systems
  • Manage the budget and financial planning processes to maximize revenue
  • SUPervise employees on the development and implementation of financial simulation models
  • Evaluate reporting, accounting procedures, and investment activities and make recommendations for changes to different departments
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff
  • Act as liaison between the organization and its shareholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is required. 1 year or less than 2 years experience in this field is required.
