Job Summary

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of roofing projects, managing team members, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of roofing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Team Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of roofing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being performed to the highest standards, and address any quality control issues promptly.
  • Safety Management: Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with safety protocols and procedures, and take corrective action if necessary.
  • Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a roofing supervisory role
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong understanding of roofing practices and procedures.
