Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dietitian-Nutritionist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our family medicine physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide personalized nutrition counseling and support to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families
  • Develop and implement nutrition plans to promote healthy eating habits
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and services
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition
  • Membership in the Ordre professionnel des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec
  • Knowledge of chronic diseases and motivational interviewing techniques an asset
