Job Title: Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team at Atlas Electrical Supply Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing inventory, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, including conducting regular safety inspections and implementing safety procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, staff performance, and safety incidents.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Manager will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing required. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
