**Job Description:**As a Senior Injury Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for independently managing and carrying Tort files from file opening to closing. You will draft legal documents, such as affidavits of documents, undertakings, motion records. You will work directly under the supervision and direction of one of the firm's Lawyers. Additionally, you will assist the lawyer with the completion of Motion Records, Pre-Trial Memorandums, Case Conference Summaries, and Mediation Memorandums.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:*\
- \
- Minimum 5 years of Personal Injury experience with an emphasis on Tort.\
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to draft correspondence and legal documents, schedule meetings, and communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other professionals.\
- Knowledgeable in preparing LAT Applications and Case Conference Summaries.\
- A Law Clerk diploma from a recognized institution is an asset.\\
