We are seeking a Strategic Transaction Specialist to join our Transactions team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing various aspects of client engagements in Transaction Advisory Services, Capital Advisory, Valuations, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for financial and corporate strategic buyers from a variety of industries.
  • Prepare Analysis Packs (Databooks) including preparing data, performing reconciliations, and ensuring integrity of data.
  • Undertake data analytics to support quantification of transaction metrics and derive insights on key trends and drivers of financial performance.
  • Actively participate in client meetings and site visits to gather financial information and insights.
  • Write financial due diligence reports containing insightful analysis to support users of financial diligence report.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A CPA designation or close to achieving a CPA designation.
  • 2-3 years' experience involving analysis of financial statements or other financial information, including financial modelling with Excel.
  • Undergraduate degree in business with a concentration in finance or accounting.
  • Proven track record of high academic achievement.
