About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Miette Mountain Cabins in Jasper, Alberta. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our property, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of the property, including pool and hot tub maintenance, septic field management, and landscaping.
  • Assist with the upkeep of all Pursuit company vehicles and coordinate maintenance activities with the Hotel Manager.
  • Train and mentor maintenance workers in all aspects of property maintenance and effective communication.
  • Prepare schedules for Maintenance Workers and ensure all shifts are covered.
  • Ensure the use of Limble (mtn mgmt system) is used effectively by all team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a related maintenance field.
  • Excellent mechanical ability and knowledge.
  • Ability to train staff and give direction.
  • Ability to perform administrative functions and have a basic knowledge of computers.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license (Class 4 Alberta driver's license is an asset).
