Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Jai Plumbing & Heating Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Installation: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Preparation and Estimation: Prepare tenders and quotations, estimate costs and materials, and schedule personnel, tools, and equipment.
  • Pipe Fitting and Testing: Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings, join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment, and test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Supervise other workers, determine piping system requirements, and pipe sizing.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Work in various locations, including residential areas, and work under pressure.
  • Physical Demands: Overtime required, work 40 hours per week, and be able to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
